Reporting a file that won't convert

If a specific photo fails, it helps to mention:

• What device and app the photo came from (e.g. iPhone 15, stock Camera app)
• Whether it's a regular photo, a Live Photo, or a burst
• The error message shown, if any

Please don't attach the photo itself over email unless you're comfortable sharing it — a description of the issue is usually enough to reproduce it.
